It works by adding keratin (a protein your hair naturally has) back into the hair while sealing the cuticle with heat. What you’ll usually notice after: * Less frizz and puffiness * Faster blow dry time * Softer, shinier hair * Easier styling day to day * Humidity affects your hair less It does not permanently straighten your hair, but it can relax the curl pattern and make everything much smoother. Some people still wear their natural texture after a keratin — it’s just more controlled and polished. The appointment can take anywhere from 2–4 hours depending on your hair thickness and length. Results typically last around 3–5 months with sulfate-free products and proper aftercare.
