Eliza @ Salon Flawless

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • If you are 15 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the 100% no-show fee will apply. To help make this process smooth, all clients are required to have a card on file before their appointment. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy applies. I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I always appreciate communication if something unexpected comes up. Thank you so much for respecting my time and my business—it allows me to continue providing the best experience for all of my clients. I truly appreciate each and every one of you! 🤍
